Solutions
- Management Methods
Depending on the type of contract, management will be performed using a management tool that supports global projects.
Information necessary for project management, such as documents, requirements, issues, and schedules, is managed in the tool's central repository.
An example is shown in Figure 1.
In this case, the client is a Japanese company with few personnel who understand English. The development company inputs information in English or Japanese.
The translation company translates the information into English if it is in Japanese, and into Japanese if it is in English, in the shortest possible time.
The translated information is reviewed by the development company, and the information translated from English to Japanese is released to the client, and the information translated from Japanese to English is released to the offshore development site.
The status of the information is managed by the tool, and it is possible to refer to the status of information being translated, under review, etc.

- Schedule Management
Scheduling is also done using tools.
In many cases, the scheduling methods used in Japan differ from those used in Europe and the U.S. Therefore, we will disclose information to our Japanese clients in a manner that is as consistent as possible with the management methods used in Japan.
- Requirements Management
The requirements definition process for global projects involves a variety of regimes. Examples are listed below.
Business Analysts
Customers who make requirements
A. Bilingual Bridge Engineers
Japanese who cannot speak English
B. Business analyst who cannot speak Japanese
Japanese who cannot speak English
C. Business analyst who cannot speak Japanese
Bilingual Japanese people
Global projects with Japanese clients often follow pattern A. This pattern is recommended when the Japanese do not speak English.
Pattern B requires an interpreter with some understanding of industry terminology.
In Pattern A, the bridge engineer first defines the requirements in Japanese, gets approval from the Japanese client, translates the requirements into English, and then the development team starts development. In pattern C, the project proceeds in English only.
Figure 2 shows the requirements definition process for pattern B. Requirements are managed by tools so that Japanese and English are well synchronized and the project proceeds. Using such a tool, requirements are managed in small units as objects, so the unit of approval becomes smaller, which has the advantage of managing project progress or starting development earlier.

- Issue Management
Issue management is also performed using a tool. Regular issue management is performed by bilingual staff with synchronization between Japanese and English.
- Glossary Management
When building a business system in an open system, each function is arranged in subsystems, so it is necessary to manage terminology so that a common language is used between each system. Glossary management is a bilingual extension of that management. Tools are used to manage so that English and Japanese always correspond one to one.

Offshore Partner Research
We can help you find the best offshore partner in China, India, Vietnam, the Philippines, and other countries. Much needs to be considered in order to find the best partner.
- What business domain do you want to request development in?
- What part of the development do you want to outsource?
- What is the need to travel back and forth to Japan?
- How many bilingual personnel are needed?
We will consider more than just the above to help you find the best partner.
PMO Services
We are in charge of PMO for offshore development. We compare your in-house management method with the management method suitable for offshore development, and manage the project using the most appropriate management method. Afterwards, we also create a system to ensure that management can continue within the client's company.
Bridge Engineer Dispatching
We will dispatch a bridge engineer who has knowledge of the business to be developed. Ideally, the bridge engineer should be bilingual and have knowledge of the target business, but it is often difficult to find a perfect match in business domain, in which case we will introduce a bridge SE with domain knowledge as close as possible.
Tools
We provide only the tools we use. We also help you to establish the use of the tools.
Application internationalization

In order to use an application in Japan, it must be internationalized (I18N) and translated into Japanese (L10N). This is an important process for the introduction of overseas packages and offshore development in English-speaking countries.
Technical Document Translation

We translate specifications and design documents for use in projects.
Our translation services are of higher quality than those of translation companies because the translated materials are reviewed by engineers.
